Simplify Media - Connect Your Music
I am sharing this because it works across platforms from pc, mac, linux and iphone, and because I am using it.
I have SM installed on a computer at my mother's house where I had some music and didn't want to bother moving it to computers at my house. Now, I can just open rhythmbox in my Ubuntu and play it right off that box in my mother's house miles away.
